Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced D365 SCM Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. This hybrid role requires strong project management skills and the ability to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, WH, Asset Management Modules
• Experienced on the Global Deployments
• Good understanding on the Finance Modules and 3PL Logistic system

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the project team.

Qualifications:

• Hands on working with the various SCM and Finance functionalities of D365 F&O application
• Should have experience working on Global deployment with Global template, should have undertaken process harmonization, region/country specific configurations/developments
• Extensive working experience working on OTC, P2P, Inventory, Warehouse management, Intercompany, integration with 3PL and other 3rd party application
• Should have demonstrated capability to play solution architect role where any solution that needs to be design is globally accepted, need to have hands on experience in navigating through this process
• Extensive experience in understanding business requirements, configuration, designing functional solution which could be complex in nature
• Should have extensive experience in dealing with senior stakeholders from client side
• Should understand the SCM implications on finance
• Should have understanding of different types of integrations and technical integrities.
• Minimum 18+ hands on experience in complex implementation, global deployment projects.
