A leading technology company is looking for a D365 Commerce & F&O Omnichannel Lead Consultant in Seattle. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation of retail and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in retail, strong knowledge of omnichannel retail operations, and hands-on experience with D365 Commerce and F&O integration. Effective collaboration with stakeholders and excellent training skills are essential in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in retail / e-commerce / ERP consulting.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in D365 Commerce + F&O integration.
• Experience in POS, order management, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis for omnichannel commerce.
• Configure D365 Commerce modules (POS, storefront, product catalogs).
• Design integrations with F&O, payment gateways, shipping, and external systems.
• Manage data migration (products, customers, pricing, orders).
• Conduct training and workshops for retail stakeholders.
