The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in consulting, with strong hands-on knowledge of D365 Commerce integrations and omnichannel retail operations. Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering, configuring Commerce modules, designing system integrations, and conducting training sessions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on D365 Commerce + F&O experience.

We are seeking a D365 Commerce & F&O Omnichannel Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation of retail and e-commerce solutions. The role focuses on Commerce configuration, omnichannel processes, integrations, and delivering seamless customer experiences across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis for omnichannel commerce
• Configure D365 Commerce modules (POS, storefront, product catalogs, pricing, promotions)
• Design integrations with F&O, payment gateways, shipping, and external systems
• Manage data migration (products, customers, pricing, orders)
• Drive UAT, performance testing, and post-go-live support
• Conduct training and workshops for retail stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and extensions
• Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales/demo activities

Must-Have Qualifications
