Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a D365 Functional Consultant with expertise in Finance and Operations as well as Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate will guide teams in requirements mapping, conduct demonstrations for clients, and manage various SCM processes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 is essential, alongside strong knowledge in global templates, inventory, and accounts payable management. This role offers an opportunity to directly influence project outcomes through diverse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365, AX 2012 R3 – Supply chain management & Distribution.
• Understanding of SCM & Distribution processes including Warehouse and Transportation Management.
• Preparation of BRD, FRD, FDD, and Testing of Processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide team of T&L Consultants in mapping against requirements.
• Conduct demos to the customer.
• Manage and discuss complex problems.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Knowledge of Global Template development & deployment necessary. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 , AX 2012 R3– Supply chain management & Distribution and Trade. Also experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX– Warehouse Management and Transportation Management. Understanding of Accounts Payable and Account receivable required. Understanding of Localization along with its application on SCM & Distribution and trade will be added advantage. Knowledge of Inventory Management with Inventory Costing & Warehouse Management
• Understanding of SCM & Distribution processes including Warehouse Management & Transportation Management. It links to different modules of AX. Configuration of different profiles & it effects. Guidance to team of T&L Consultant in completing the mapping against the requirement. Demo to the Customer & discussion on complex problems.
• Preparation of BRD, FRD, FDD, Preparation of Test Scenarios & Test Cases, Preparation of Fit-Gap, Testing of Processes & Customisation
