Job summary

DynaTech Systems is seeking a senior, customer-facing D365 Finance & Operations SCM Architect to lead solution architecture, delivery, and customer engagement for US-based projects.

The role interfaces with the India delivery team and reports to the Delivery Director. Travel of 30–50% is expected as projects demand, with a focus on scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (SCM).
• Proven experience in solution architecture and delivery leadership.
• Experience managing enterprise customer engagements.
• Ability to coordinate with offshore delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 SCM solution architecture and design for DynaTech and related technologies.
• Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.

Role: D365 Finance & Operations SCM Architect

Role Summary:

We are looking for a senior customer-facing Solutions Architect to support DynaTech’s USA operations. This role will work closely with US-based customers and the India delivery team, acting as the primary bridge between both teams.

You will lead solution architecture, delivery execution, and customer engagement while reporting directly to the Delivery Director.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Delivery Leadership

• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
• Serve as the primary customer-facing delivery lead
• Drive alignment on requirements, priorities, scope, and timelines
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders
• Manage delivery governance, risks, escalations, and quality
• Own solution architecture and design for D365 and related technologies
• Lead design workshops and technical discussions
• Review and govern technical solutions and implementation approaches
• Ensure solutions align with business, scalability, and security requirements

Delivery Management

• Coordinate closely with the India delivery team
• Drive execution, planning, status reporting, and issue resolution
• Ensure accountability for timelines, scope, and delivery quality
• Support discovery sessions, demos, and solution discussions
• Introduce DynaTech’s delivery capabilities and engagement model
• Assist with technical and delivery-related customer questions
• Attend conferences, expos, roadshows, and sales-related events
• Conduct educational sessions at events and participate in webinars

Work Schedule & Travel

• Occasional early morning syncs with the India team (7–8 AM US time)
• Travel expectations: Around 30% to 50%, depending on project needs

Preferred Experience
