Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Implementation Architect to shape and lead our D365 Finance practice. You will drive end-to-end solution architecture, partner with finance and operations leaders, and guide delivery teams through transformation initiatives across manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on D365 Finance implementation leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex, full-lifecycle D365 Finance projects.
• Strong functional expertise across core finance and operational modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Financial Reporting, Projects, Costing).
• Ability to architect the solution, translate requirements into actionable designs, and guide teams through execution.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and director-level stakeholders.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environments; metals industry exposure valued.
• Experience with complementary ISV solutions within the D365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end D365 Finance solutions delivering measurable outcomes for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Advise senior stakeholders to define requirements and design transformation roadmaps.
• Set solution direction and guide delivery teams to ensure scope, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead functional design, data integrity, and user experience improvements to maximize platform value.
• Mentor team members and contribute to Crowe's D365 offering.
• Engage in team-building and internal initiatives for personal development and practice enhancement.
