Job summary

Catch Resource Management is seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of manufacturing capabilities within the D365 F&O platform. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture or functional leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations manufacturing modules (Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management).
• Experience in manufacturing environments (life sciences, medical device, or regulated industries preferred).
• Experience supporting or integrating with MES systems.
• Strong understanding of discrete and/or process manufacturing and supply chain/inventory flows.
• Experience with multi-entity, global ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end manufacturing processes in D365, including MPS/MRP and Production Control.
• Manage Inventory and warehouse integration and define scalable multi-site, multi-entity solutions.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, functional specs, and architecture artifacts.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and long-term ERP strategy.
• Provide expert guidance on business system design and implementation and promote D365 capability within the business.
• Define training needs and coach team members.
• Identify risks and communicate them to stakeholders; manage Dynamics updates.

Our client are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of manufacturing capabilities within their global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform.

This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end manufacturing solutions across a complex, multi-ERP landscape, including the transition of acquired manufacturing businesses onto D365. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in discrete and/or process manufacturing, strong functional knowledge of D365, and the ability to partner across business and IT to deliver scalable, standardized solutions.

This is a hands‑on architecture role requiring both strategic thinking and execution, with close collaboration across ERP, MES, integration, and data teams.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and long‑term ERP strategy
• Provide expert guidance on business system design and implementationEffectively promote Dynamics capability within the business ensuring further adoption throughout the business
• Define training needs within the team and coach other team members
• Meet and exceed the businesses expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour
• Identify risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary
• Ensure Dynamics updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
