Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead ERP delivery and client engagements. You will combine business, industry, and functional skills to design scalable, maintainable solutions and manage teams through Analysis, Design, Build, and Deploy phases.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years with D365 F&O in SCM, a track record of successful full-life cycle implementations, and ability to travel up to 50% to serve clients. Work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience in the Supply Chain domain as a functional lead
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in SCM
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to design and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions for clients
• Understand business requirements and design solutions with functional and technical consultants
• Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation
• Collaborate with experts within and outside Deloitte
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 features
• Coordinate with near shore and offshore delivery centers
