Job summary

Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions team seeks an experienced leader for MS D365 F&O-focused engagements in the United States. You will guide large-scale ERP implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and work with CFOs and CIOs to shape delivery and business outcomes.

Responsibilities include engaging planning, budgeting, client management, and development of thought leadership. Travel up to 50% and collaboration with sales to win new business are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of F&O ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of MS D365 F&O ERP.
• 4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams.
• 4+ years of experience in generating new client business.
• A minimum of 6 full life cycle MS D365 F&O or comparable ERP implementations from planning to go-live.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing MS D365 F&O.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
• Client Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
• Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
• People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance in the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
