Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. seeks a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the business grows across locations and acquisitions.

You’ll lead people, priorities, partners, and releases to keep the ERP platform performant and enable smooth onboarding of new operations. You will oversee production performance, environment health, and deployments, while coaching ERP analysts and coordinating with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance and supply chain or manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading ERP teams or workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, releases, and deployment readiness.
• Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance support, enhancements, and project priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions across configuration and process improvements.
• Own and prioritize the ERP backlog, communicate progress, and drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, entity and regional rollouts, data migrations, cutovers, go-lives, and hypercare.
• Oversee D365 integrations and support data quality and reporting.
