What They Offer You

- Remote position (EST) with some travel to client sites.
Why This Role Is Important
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, from initiation to post-go-live support.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Facilitate business process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, and change control.
- Ensure quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Drive data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Provide project updates to executives.
- Monitor user adoption and optimize processes post-implementation.
- Lead and guide project team members, fostering collaboration.
Desired Background
- 5+ years of project management experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational processes.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
