Duration: W2 or 1099 Contract (3–6 months, potential extension)

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) techno-functional consultant to support post–go-live stabilization and optimization. This role will serve as a super user across General Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Billing — helping end users troubleshoot, close gaps, and streamline day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a go-to resource for post–go-live D365 F&O support across General Ledger, AP, AR, and Billing
• Identify system or process gaps and help implement solutions or workarounds
• Partner with accounting, finance, and IT teams to resolve user issues and improve workflows
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, invoice processing, and transaction accuracy within D365
• Provide ad-hoc training, documentation, and user guidance where needed
• Liaise with external implementation partners or developers for deeper configuration needs

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations)
• Functional expertise in general accounting, AP/AR, billing, and related finance workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide functional solutions
• Strong communication skills and comfort interfacing with end users
• Prior experience in post–ERP go-live environments preferred
• CPA or accounting background a plus, but not required
