Job summary

Softcat plc. is seeking a talented D365 Developer to design, develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales and related processes.

You will translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, build integrations with enterprise systems, and work in an Agile delivery team to ensure secure, scalable outcomes. Join our Internal Technology team in a role offering hybrid working and the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing evolution of our technology strategy

Qualifications

Experience developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse, Power Platform.
Experience developing Plugins, Custom workflows, Custom APIs, Power Automate.
Experience integrating D365 with external systems via REST APIs and Azure.
Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Build and maintain Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
Extend Dynamics 365 through custom development using C#, .NET and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Collaborate with Functional Consultants to implement business processes within Dynamics 365.
Produce well‑structured, maintainable and testable code.
Monitor platform performance and proactively recommend improvements.
