MCA Connect is seeking a D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Engineer to join the CX Services team. This remote role involves designing and delivering technical solutions built on Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform for clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

As part of the CX Services department, you will collaborate with clients to capture requirements, design solutions, and implement them using Dataverse and Power Platform, driving customer success and ongoing value.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs and solutions.

As a member of the CX Services department, the Power Platform Engineer will help MCA Connect deliver world class customer service by working with clients to design & develop technical solutions built on Dataverse and Microsoft's Power Platform. The Power Platform Engineer will deliver tasks on-time and on-budget to our clients.
