Position: D365 Business Central Senior Consultant - Remote

Join Sikich as a Senior Consultant specializing in D365 Business Central. We are committed to fostering a diverse and growth-oriented culture where professionals can thrive and make a difference.

Position Summary

In this role, you will:

1. Interact daily with clients on various projects to implement D365 BC SaaS.
2. Serve as a Lead Implementer and Subject Matter Expert in Functional Areas and Industries.
3. Conduct Design and User Acceptance Workshops.
4. Identify and respond to issues and risks proactively.
5. Manage and review work of other consultants.
6. Maintain technical proficiency around D365 BC.
7. Mentor and train consultants, suggest improvements, and foster teamwork.
8. Travel to client sites as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm.
• 7+ years of experience in software implementations and with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365 BC.
• Expertise in Functional Areas, specifically Job Costing and Specialty Construction.
• Proficiency in ISV Products, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
