The organization offers outpatient services at locations in Macon, Monroe County, and Baldwin County, including behavioral health, nursing, psychiatric assessments, stabilization, medication maintenance, crisis intervention, and recovery groups.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will support individuals during crisis situations, implement behavior strategies, and foster a safe, structured environment focused on healing and skill-building. The hourly wage is $22.00.

Location/Schedule

750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA. Monday-Friday and every other weekend, 7pm-7am.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
