Job summary

River Edge Behavioral Health in Macon, GA is hiring a Day Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Gray location. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate care teams, and ensure quality services for individuals with special needs.

The role offers a supportive, family-like team environment with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am-4:00pm and an hourly wage around $21.00. A bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience are required, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience providing social or direct care services to individuals with special needs.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related human services field.
• At least one year of supervisory or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the Support Coordinators, Case Managers, and families.
• Monitors: Activities in day center; bowel tracking & changing schedules; medications; credentials; individual documentation books; and training compliance.
• Creates and follows the monthly schedule; coordinates staff meetings.
