Job summary

River Edge Behavioral Health in Macon, GA is seeking a Property Manager to plan, direct, or coordinate activities related to the management and rental of investment property and real estate services. The role includes assisting customers with all phases of leasing, maintaining operating expense records, inventory, and landlord contracts to ensure terms are met.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm at the Bibb County site, and requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• One to four years of related experience in the area of assignment; or one year of experience at the lower level or position equivalent.

• Compiles and maintains records of operating expenses and income.
• Maintains an inventory of all property.
• Maintains records of acquisitions, relocations, and deed files.
• May hire and supervise rental agents, property clerks, building superintendents, or other support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
• Negotiates or approves rental or lease of various properties and ensures that terms of lease agreements are met.
• Prepares and administers contracts for provision of property services including demolition, removal of UST and asbestos.
• Prepares reports and reviews rents to ensure they are at market value.
