Job summary

MAHLE Aftermarket US is seeking a dedicated assembler to assemble and package bulk engine components for the global aftermarket. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork.

You will verify components, meet production standards, handle packaging tasks including kitting and labeling, and maintain a clean workspace in a fast-paced environment. Experience with basic math and reading comprehension is expected; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly verify components to shop order prior to assembly.

• Team-oriented with ability to work individually or in a team.
• Perform HU retrieval, order set-up, pre-kitting (ILS), kitting, bagging, printing/labeling, hand packing, catching F/G units, and arranging bearing sets.

SUMMARY

To assemble and package bulk components in such a manner to provide a quality product to the global aftermarket.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.Properly verify components to shop order prior to assembly.Meet or exceed quality and production standards on a daily basis.Proper handling of product to prevent damage.Report all equipment maintenance problems daily.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Work with and always display a team concept approach, working individually, or as a team.HU retrieval, Order set-up, Pre-kitting (ILS), Kitting, bagging, printing and/or labelling, hand packing, "catching" F/G units, board line component "dropping", and arranging bearing sets are all processes within the department required to perform the assembly job functions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Good analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
