Position Overview: Quick Lube Automotive Technician

As a Quick Lube Automotive Technician at Larry H Miller Volkswagen Avondale, you'll make a positive impact daily, earn competitive pay, and enjoy great benefits. We are seeking energetic, technically skilled Quick Lube Technicians to help us redefine the car servicing experience.

The Quick Lube Technician is an entry-level role responsible for basic vehicle maintenance. This position requires strong teamwork and the ability to perform repetitive, complex tasks. It is an hourly paid position.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing
2. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
3. Accurately complete multi-point inspection forms for each vehicle
4. Utilize product and technical training provided by manufacturers and management
5. Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition than received
6. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and programs
7. Continuously update knowledge on new technologies and practices

Qualifications:

• Automotive technical school certifications preferred
• Previous experience highly preferred
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid driver's license
• Basic set of tools
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
