Our client, in the consumer packaged goods manufacturing industry, is seeking a d-Commerce Content Specialist to join their team. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the Grocery d-Commerce team by ensuring the optimization of content across various grocery retailers. The ideal candidate will have digital content, organization, and communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Details

• Location: 100% Remote
• Pay Range: $30 - $37 hourly (W2)
• Contract: 1 Year (extension likely)

What’s the Job?

1. Maintain and enhance product content to maximize visibility, engagement, and sales.
2. Collaborate with the Grocery d-Commerce team to optimize product content across different online platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
3. Utilize tools Syndigo, Salsify, and Accenture to efficiently manage product content.
4. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and grocery retailers (Kroger, Meijer, HEB, Albertsons, ADUSA, and Wakefern) to align on content requirements, resolve issues, and drive content strategies and e-commerce initiatives.
5. Take ownership of content initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring thorough follow-up and accountability throughout the process.

What’s Needed?

1. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of digital content experience.
2. Demonstrated project management skills.
3. Proficiency in Syndigo, Salsify, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, dashboards).
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
5. Exceptional prioritization and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, deadlines management, self-motivation, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
