Job summary

TJ Maxx Distribution Center is seeking a TEMPORARY Warehouse Associate for a 12-week assignment. You will help ensure merchandise is organized and handled with care to provide value to our customers.

Responsibilities include counting, sorting, packing/unpacking, tagging items, and loading/unloading shipments. Shift options include A, B, and C shifts with corresponding times and a competitive hourly pay. TJX is an equal opportunity employer.

Our TJ Maxx Distribution Center (DC) is looking for TEMPORARY Warehouse Associates to work a 12-week assignmen t. This person will play a key role in ensuring merchandise is organized and handled with care to provide value to our customers.

What does a Warehouse Associate do?

Our Warehouse Associates are a key member of the merchandise journey. They ensure that the right goods get to the right stores at the right time. They do this amazing work in a fast paced, safe and efficient way. Some of the responsibilities of our Associates include the following:

• Count, select and sort items by style, color, store order or other criteria
• Match receipts against purchase orders
• Pack or unpack merchandise in and out of boxes
• Ticket clothing, accessories, and other items
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers
• Manual lifting and handling of objects such as totes, boxes, or garments

Shift Options:

• A Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM
• C Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
• B Shift: Friday – Sunday 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour plus $2.00 for B Shift, $ 1.25 for C Shift, hourly shift differential.
