Requirements and Responsibilities:

Role Responsibilities:

As a Cashier: You have the responsibility of making each guest know they matter to us by greeting them energetically and with a sincere “Hello, welcome to Papa Gino’s/D'Angelo's”.

You will ensure that each guest gets exactly what they want by politely listening, suggesting items, repeating back their order and being knowledgeable of the menu and the ordering system.

As a Cook: You will prepare and present our great food according to company specifications.

As a Shift Leader: You will take the first step into a leadership role with Papa Gino’s, assisting the General Manager in the restaurant operation, including scheduling team members, assisting with inventory control, cash handling, and training team members.
