You greet guests energetically with a sincere "Hello, welcome to Papa Gino’s/D'Angelo’s." You ensure each guest gets exactly what they want by listening politely, suggesting items, repeating orders, and being knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system. This key role requires efficiency in processing orders while showcasing a friendly personality. Handling credit cards, rewards cards, and cash requires focus and precision, and each cashier is trained thoroughly before becoming independent.
Prepare and present food according to company specifications. You will be trained in using the equipment, resources, and tools needed to deliver the best product to our guests.
Take the first step into a leadership role. Assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, including scheduling Team Members, inventory control, cash handling, and training.
