Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Lab Sciences or equivalent (Preferred).
• Experience: 2 years Recent relevant experience (Preferred).
• Ability to operate technology/equipment consistent with industry standards (Preferred).
• Working knowledge of computers (Preferred).
• Cytotechnologist (CT) - ASCP (Required).
• Cytotechnologist (CT) - ASCP eligible to be certified within 1 Year (Required).

Responsibilities

• Performs or supports ROSE adequacy procedures in addition to bone marrow procedures.
• Collaborates with laboratory, hospital, affiliate sites, pathologists, physicians and staff for optimal patient outcomes.
• Performs duties including flow cytometry & molecular testing prep and send-out; inventory reporting; quality reporting; case distribution; and related administrative tasks.
• Assists with training of new/existing team members and students.
• Maintains understanding of technology systems to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Education
