Growing Laboratory Hiring Cytotechnologist

• Days or Nights
• This individual is responsible for screening and diagnosing gynecological and non-gynecological slides while working under the supervision of pathologists and supervisors, following their technical direction. Activities include accessioning, staining, microscopic screening, and filing of cytology slides and requisitions. The cytotechnologist will report test results according to established procedures. Additionally, they will participate in cytology quality control procedures and adhere to quality assurance and management standards set by the department, JCAHO, CAP, CLIA, and other relevant agencies. Troubleshooting technical procedures and recommending solutions are also part of the role.
