Hematologics is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cytogenetics Senior Technologist to join our team, bringing strong expertise in cytogenetic and FISH analysis along with a passion for high-quality diagnostic services and patient care. In this role, you will contribute to daily laboratory operations including wet lab work, analysis, and report preparation, while collaborating closely with supervisors, directors, and team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely case progression. This position also plays a key role in training and mentoring junior staff, supporting quality and compliance initiatives (CLIA/CAP), and participating in validation projects and process improvements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical proficiency, critical thinking, and leadership, with the ability to independently troubleshoot, handle complex oncology cases, and drive continuous improvement within a collaborative, fast-paced laboratory environment.

HematoLogics offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package which includes medical, vision, and dental insurance with 100% of monthly premiums paid by the company for employees and 50% of premiums paid for an employee’s spouse/partner/dependents.
