A leading technology firm is seeking a Cypress Automation Test Lead in Hartford, Connecticut. In this role, you will design automation frameworks to ensure software quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive QA experience, proficiency in Cypress and TypeScript, and excellent communication skills. As a Cypress Automation Test Lead, you will make an impact by designing and implementing robust automation frameworks that ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 10/10/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 and $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
