Cypress API Testing Lead - Anywhere in US/Remote
Technical Test Lead - US

Infosys is seeking a Cypress & API Test Lead. As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Your responsibilities include conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, designing test cases, and leading test execution to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also design optimal test environments to simulate real-world scenarios and collaborate with industry professionals to create innovative, high-quality, defect-free solutions that meet client needs. This role promotes a learning culture emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, excellence, diversity, and respect.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship provided.
  • Must be located within the US; travel may be required.
  • Experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing, including Angular UI and REST API Automation.
  • Proven ability to write simple to complex queries and test various APIs.
  • Good knowledge of JIRA for test case management and execution.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA.
  • Nice to have: AWS knowledge, JIRA with Agile experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt quickly, take ownership, and work proactively.

Additional Details:

Estimated annual compensation ranges are as follows:

  • In CA / WA / NY / CO: $67,000 to $93,800
  • In Washington, DC: $81,900 to $111,000

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, disability coverage, reimbursement accounts, insurance plans, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO.

Note: The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication via phone, email, or face-to-face is required. Travel may be necessary.
