Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Children and Young People’s Mental Health Practitioner for a 12-month secondment to cover specialist training. The post is for 30 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available.

You will join our experienced multidisciplinary team to undertake mental health assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, manage clinical risk, and work collaboratively with children, young people, families and partner

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Nursing, Social Work or an Allied Health Profession.
• Experience with children and young people with mental health difficulties.
• Experience delivering evidence-based interventions and managing clinical risk.
• Knowledge of CBT, DBT, EMDR or systemic therapy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
