Job summary

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Wellbeing Practitioner to join the CYP IAPT team in the Getting Help pathway. You will deliver low‑intensity CBT to children and young people, manage a caseload, and work with families, schools and partner agencies to support wellbeing.

The role offers hybrid working with a mix of online and face‑to‑face delivery across West Dorset, with DBS check funded and a relocation package up to £10,000 for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Must hold WP CYP IAPT qualification.
• Experience delivering low-intensity CBT to children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children and young people.
• Deliver individual and group low-intensity CBT interventions.
• Work collaboratively with families, schools and partner agencies.
• Help develop innovative ways to engage and support young people.
• Receive regular clinical supervision and professional development.
