Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes Cypress is hiring for a full-time Baker or Bakery Team Member. You will play a key role in assisting bakers, preparing cakes, and providing friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work 30–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends. Training is provided, and employee perks include cake discounts and bi-yearly bonuses. This is a great entry point to grow with a cheerful, customer-focused brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for immediate hire.
• Open availability Monday–Sunday.
• Willing to work 30–40 hours per week and on holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep bakery equipment clean and ready for use.
• Assist bakers in cake preparation and finishing.
• Provide friendly service to guests and help maintain a clean, welcoming bakery.
• Support with light baking tasks as directed by the team.
