Responsibilities

• Prepares meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and gravies
• Cook and portion food for meals according to recipes
• Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness; monitor temperatures
• Store leftovers and label items; assist with CACFP compliance
• Follow security, fire, and sanitation rules; proper reporting
