Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Production Worker for the outside production area of the Cylinder Exchange facility. You will process 20 lb. barbeque cylinders, inspect and refill, while maintaining safety and quality throughout the shift.

The role requires standing 8–12 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and may involve obtaining state licensing and forklift certification as part of the job requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill empty cylinders.
• Maintain safety focus and wear PPE at all times.
• Ensure cylinder quality during processing.
• Load filled cylinders onto trucks for next-day shipments.
• Stand and walk 8–12 hours per day and lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
