Rapid Xchange in Sebring, FL is seeking an Assembly Line Technician to join our propane cylinder refurbishing plant. You will work in a hands-on manufacturing role, lifting up to 40 pounds and operating in hot and cold conditions, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and a willingness to learn. Plant/manufacturing experience is a plus; pre-employment screenings and background checks are part of our process.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying hot/cold conditions.
• The desire to succeed in a team environment.
• Prior plant/manufacturing experience is a plus.
