Job summary

TekNinjas is seeking a Production Worker in Ruffs Dale, PA to join the outside production area and handle cylinder processing tasks. You will perform loading, inspection, labeling, and refilling activities while adhering to safety procedures and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to stand 8–12 hours per day, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a 6:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule with potential overtime. Manufacturing experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is desired.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Models a commitment to safety through day-to-day behavior and follows company safety procedures and policies
• Demonstrates high professional and personal standards; commitment to quality and timely delivery
• Ability to function effectively as a member of a production team
• Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill empty cylinders
• Maintain safety focus and wear proper PPE
• Ensure consistent quality of cylinders being processed
• Load filled cylinders onto trucks for next day's shipments
• Stand and walk 8–12 hours per day
• Lift 50 pounds repeatedly
• Perform general housekeeping duties
