Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Cylinder Processor to operate and inspect gas cylinders following established plant guidelines, ensuring safe filling and compliance with quality procedures.

You will perform cylinder inspections, manage loads, operate scales, and maintain documentation, while using a forklift and other plant vehicles as required. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year manufacturing experience, plus a strong mechanical mindset and good

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established guidelines and procedures.

• Check cylinder quantities, styles and product, and fill as needed; load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck.
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork; enter quantities, styles and products into the computer to justify stock inventory.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation; operate a forklift truck and other plant vehicles.

Cylinder Processor

• This role requires you to process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures
• You will conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual, physical, and odor tests before filling
• Check for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and fill any necessary product. Load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment
• Further, you will prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment and keys into the computer the quantities, styles and products filled in order to justify the stock inventory
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation as per company and Governmental procedures, and operate a forklift truck and other plant vehicles

What Makes You Great

• You have a high school degree / GED
• You have more than one (1+) year experience in plant or manufacturing environment
• A strong mechanical background is desired
• You must possess good leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
