Job summary

Calor is seeking a Cylinder Flow Analytics Lead to drive the deployment, adoption and ongoing optimisation of the Cylinder Flow Analytics Tool across the business. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Commercial and Tech & Digital to deliver data-driven insights and smarter decision-making.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in analytics, BI, and operations improvement or supply chain performance management.
• Experience implementing reporting platforms, dashboards, or analytical tools.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and adoption of the Cylinder Flow Analytics Tool across the business.
• Define reporting requirements, dashboards and performance frameworks.
• Establish governance for data quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Embed analytics into day-to-day leadership decision-making.
• Develop end-to-end visibility of cylinder movements and asset performance.
• Create dashboards to monitor asset utilisation, flow rates and inventory performance.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to improve cylinder availability and network productivity.
• Develop analytics to support OEE measurement and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

As Cylinder Flow Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, adoption and ongoing optimisation of the Cylinder Flow Analytics Tool.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading Tool Implementation & Adoption

• Own and drive the rollout of the Cylinder Flow Analytics Tool across the business.
• Define reporting requirements, dashboards and performance frameworks.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Tech & Digital and external providers.
• Establish governance processes to ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Embed the tool into day-to-day operational and leadership decision-making.

Driving Cylinder Visibility & Asset Performance

• Create end-to-end visibility of cylinder movements across the supply chain.
• Develop reporting on asset utilisation, flow rates, dwell times and inventory performance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce losses, delays and inefficiencies.
• Deliver actionable recommendations that improve cylinder availability and network productivity.

Supporting Operational Excellence

• Develop analytics that support OEE measurement and performance improvement initiatives.
• Partner with site leadership teams to identify and address performance gaps.
• Create dashboards that enable proactive management of operational efficiency and throughput.
• Measure and track benefits delivered through continuous improvement programmes.

Delivering Business Insight

• Transform complex operational data into meaningful and practical business recommendations.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across cylinder operations and the wider supply chain.
• Develop executive and operational reporting for key stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Establish leading and lagging performance indicators that support informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable experience in analytics, business intelligence, operations improvement or supply chain performance management.
• Experience implementing reporting platforms, operational dashboards or analytical tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Advanced capability in Power BI, Excel and data visualisation tools.
• Proven ability to translate data into compelling business insight and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering change.
• Experience within production, logistics or asset management environments.
• Knowledge of OEE and operational excellence methodologies.
• Understanding of inventory optimisation and asset management principles.
• Experience using SAP or other enterprise planning systems.
• Knowledge of cylinder, tank or returnable asset supply chains.
