Job summary

Maine Oxy is hiring a Filler for our Production team. You’ll safely fill medical, high-pressure, and liquid gas cylinders, then test, label, and prepare them for our customers. This is a steady, full-time day shift with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to work independently on deadlines.
• Comfortable operating a forklift, or willing to learn.
• Able to read safety information and Safety Data Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prep cylinders, then fill them by pressure and weight.
• Run quality and purity tests using specialized equipment.
• Complete safety checks and label cylinders accurately.
• Keep records that meet DOT, FDA, and Maine Oxy requirements.
• Operate a forklift and material-handling equipment.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
