Job summary

Airgas Henderson, CO is seeking a Cylinder Filler II to fill high-pressure cylinders using compression temperature/pressure methods. You will operate and maintain pumping equipment, perform pre-fill and post-fill inspections, and ensure safety before cylinders are released.

The role includes loading/unloading, inventory support, and maintaining accurate fill records in compliance with regulations. A strong focus on safety and teamwork drives daily duties and schedules, Monday–Friday, 6:00

Qualifications

• Ability to perform very heavy work—lift 25–75 lbs routinely and up to 100 lbs with aid.
• Ability to read and comprehend written and computer-generated documentation.
• Ability to operate forklift and obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Fill high-pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical, Mixes) following CT/PT methods.
• Inspect, test, and verify safety of cylinders before release.
• Maintain pumping apparatus, gauges, and monitoring devices for reliable operation.
• Load/unload trucks and trailers; assist with inventory and housekeeping.
• Keep accurate cylinder filling records and follow local/state/federal regulations.
