Job summary

A-Gas Americas in Concord, CA is seeking a Cylinder Exchange Technician to manage the Rapid Exchange program across a designated territory. You will interact with customers, prepare and label cylinders, and consolidate refrigerants into half-ton cylinders while driving a box truck.

Responsibilities include delivering reliable service, maintaining reports, and ensuring vehicle safety. A CDL and EPA 608 license are required within set timelines; driving and outdoor work are frequent aspects of

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
21+ years old with a clean driving record.
Valid CDL Class A or B with hazmat endorsement within 30 days.
EPA 608 license within 14 days of employment.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Operate cylinder exchange program by pickup/drop-off in customer sites using box truck.
Label and prepare cylinders; consolidate refrigerants into half-ton sizes.
Use electric pallet jack and lift gate for loading/unloading shipments.
Maintain accurate reports and submit daily work orders weekly.
Maintain company vehicle and report safety concerns; drive safely.
