Job summary

Exos is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes and empower members across all fitness levels in Tempe, AZ. You will craft fun, effective workouts and ensure every participant has a safe, enjoyable experience.

Applicants must hold a current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, or NETA) and CPR/AED certification; First Aid is a plus. Strong communication and motivation skills are essential to foster a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
