Job summary

The Collective Studios in Londonderry, NH is seeking CYCLE instructors to lead high-energy 45/60-minute beat-based indoor cycling classes on Stages bikes, delivering exceptional hospitality and an engaging studio experience.

Qualified candidates will have CPR/AED, at least 1 year beat-based indoor cycling teaching, and a passion for boutique fitness; availability 2-3 classes per week with early mornings, late nights, and weekends; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1 year minimum beat-based Indoor Cycling teaching preferred.
• Bonus: certification from NASM, ACE, AFAA or AEA.
• Basic understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
• Passion for boutique fitness and helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver The Collective Studios experience with exceptional hospitality.
• Teach 45/60-minute beat-based Cycle classes adhering to studio standards.
• Program classes with safety and progression in mind.
• Curate dynamic playlists to pair with music-driven classes.
• Maintain regular teaching availability.
• Assist in growing class attendance and retaining clients.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
