Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in inventory control, cycle counting or related supply chain functions.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting and inventory control methodologies preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods per schedule.
• Monitor inventory levels using ERP or inventory systems and analyze discrepancies.
• Investigate, document, and resolve inventory variances with root cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and align physical counts with system data.
• Organize inventory count areas for accurate counting and accessibility.
• Support demand planning and forecasting with accurate inventory data.
• Communicate discrepancies and risks to Inventory Management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements for inventory accuracy.
