Staffmark in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations, enter counts into SAP S/4HANA, and help resolve discrepancies while supporting warehouse operations.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate material handling equipment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or distribution preferred.
• Experience with cycle counts, audits, or reconciliations.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory data.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar WMS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily, scheduled, and ad hoc cycle counts on high-value, critical, and complex inventory items.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile inventory balances between warehouse locations and system records.
• Count and verify tools, accessories, and other materials located throughout the distribution center to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Enter count results into SAP S/4HANA or warehouse management systems and process inventory adjustments as required.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and variances by identifying root causes, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions.
• Operate material handling equipment to access inventory in various storage locations.
• Prepare inventory transactions, transfers, and inventory-related documentation.
• Monitor and report inventory issues such as mislabeled products, damaged materials, misplaced inventory, and stock shortages.
• Maintain inventory records, spreadsheets, and audit documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with cycle count requests, special inventory projects, and other assignments as directed by management.
• Adhere to all company safety, quality, and operational procedures while performing inventory control activities.
