Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy within our warehouse management system. This full-time, on-site role focuses on daily cycle counts and rapid discrepancy resolution in a fully air-conditioned facility.

You will record movements, support slotting and replenishment, and audit returns while adhering to safety protocols. A daytime, non-exempt schedule is provided with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years warehouse or inventory experience.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• WMS and RF scanner experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Operate equipment (sit-down/stand-up forklift, cherry picker, etc.).
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies.
• Record data accurately.
• Support inventory slotting and replenishment.
• Audit returns and damaged goods.
• Follow safety procedures.
