Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a Cycle Counter I to support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will count and reconcile stock, assist in maintaining SAP-based records, and contribute to safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include daily counts, researching discrepancies, preparing cycle count reports, and collaborating with the team on issues. Forklift and pallet jack operation are required; overtime may be needed evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Understanding of basic inventory control procedures.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to use a forklift (previous experience preferred).
• Basic math and analytical skills (required).

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse inventory counting and porting operations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Count numerous items daily to validate inventory accuracy and system integrity.
• Governing the cycle count process by adhering to Logistics Distribution Warehouse Cycle Count Program Procedures and corporate policy.
• Researching inventory discrepancies.
• Preparing various reports related to the cycle counting process.
• Performing audits and writing receipts of inventory.
• Tracking and reporting on uncommon products.
• Developing solutions for inventory issues.
• Inspecting products and keeping a record of damaged goods.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
