Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Cycle Counter ensures product inventory is accurately counted daily.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform daily cycle counts of inventory, adhering to all procedures.
  2. Report shipment scanning issues to management.
  3. Identify and report damaged items.
  4. Conduct operational audits to monitor compliance.
  5. Inspect storage for quality and accuracy.
  6. Document audit results accurately.
  7. Communicate with management and team daily.
  8. Assist in identifying process gaps causing inventory discrepancies.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, WMS, RF Scanner.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent math skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work with diverse teams.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Physical ability to lift 30-75 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and stoop regularly.
  • Willingness to work in different locations and be trained on equipment.
Education & Experience:

High school diploma required; some college preferred. 1-2 years warehouse experience.

Certifications:
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
  • Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing.
  • Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 50 lbs.
