Job summary

Indiana Ag Connection is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy across packaging, film, condiments, and finished goods in our Indianapolis warehouse. You will perform daily cycle counts, research variances, and document findings in SAP and JDA, ensuring SOX compliance and data integrity.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in warehousing, and the ability to operate sit-down forklifts on the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years warehousing experience preferred.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory variance investigation is expected.
• Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records in WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain timely inventory records.
• Research discrepancies and document variances with corrective actions.
• Use SAP and JDA to enter and maintain inventory data and reports.
