Location: West Memphis, AR

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Verify stock counts and update inventory records.
• Spot discrepancies before they become disasters.
• Help keep shipments moving smoothly and accurately.
• Communicate with warehouse teams to fix issues fast.
• Operate a "man-up" forklift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process orders and manage inventory within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Enter data accurately and correct transaction errors.
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory, administrative support, transportation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior forklift experience
• Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files and documents.
• Willingness to learn and support a collaborative team environment.
